Lion Arts Factory is a multipurpose space located in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD on North Terrace.

A versatile, heritage-listed building with a contemporary fit-out, Lion Arts Factory has fast become one of Adelaide’s most loved venues.

While Lion Arts Factory holds music gigs throughout the week, our unique and flexible space allows us the opportunity to host a wide range of functions.

From weddings, networking events, charity functions and cocktail dinners, we have thrown them all and are excited to work with you to make your vision come to life.

THE VENUE

The venue is open to functions of all kinds and is extremely versatile.

Lion Arts Factory encompasses two large indoor spaces, a mezzanine, a beer garden, an adjoining courtyard space and intimate downstairs rooms that are usually reserved for touring bands.

Venue hire gives you access to all spaces, so you can make your event cosy and intimate, large and expansive – incorporating all pockets of the venue.

This allows for a wide variety in the guest capacity of the venue, so you could have a small and intimate party of 20-50 in the downstairs rooms, enjoy the beer garden with up to 115 people, a party of up to 550 incorporating full use of the venue — and everything in between.

Being a live music venue, we have state-of-the-art A/V, two stages, a massive LED screen, DJ facilities and innovative lighting that are all-inclusive of venue hire.

Both the main room and front room are equipped with fully stocked bars and a highly skilled team of enthusiastic event managers, bar operators and staff with years of experience in events, festivals and bookings. Additionally, there is a private bar downstairs for functions utilising these spaces.
